      <title>How to build a community according to Flickr</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I found this interesting article about how to build a community on Business Week.  In it, Heather Champ, Flickr community manager, gives 10 tips on how to foster a great passionate community.  I think we&amp;#8217;re getting some of them right and need work on others.  I especially like Champ&amp;#8217;s assertion that schwag is &amp;#8220;one of the core pillars of the Internet.&amp;#8221;&lt;/p&gt;
